Anthrax came from Al Quaeda or Iraque

Facts:

In the meantime a myth. Since the beginning it was obvious, that the Anthrax didn't come from Al Quaeda, but the media boycotted all further speculations. But Barbara Rosenberg from American Federation of Scientists, Richard Spertzel (ex-Baghdad UN-Inspecteur), Jan van Aken and a lot of other Bio Specialists could prove, that the Anthrax came from the States. In December 2001 Rosenberg released a list of all laboratories, who had been able to work with the original spores USAMRIID, which had been produced at Fort Detrick. The media still downplayed the news, a few speculated about the silly right wing criminals- or a "loner" theory. With "only" five deaths, but many hoaxes and dozens of people in danger plus an overhyped tabloid and TV Press, the BioDefense Budget was finally increased. In February 2002 Barbara Rosenberg once again tried to go public: The FBI knows since October, who has sent the anthrax. Since November 2001 it was proven, that the original spores came from Fort Detrick and 20 laboratories have been able to use them. This was downplayed from the media as well. Furthermore Detrick claimed, some spores had been stolen a few years ago.

Possible Version:

1)   The Pentagon or CIA or an employee of an anthrax laboratory sent the anthrax to increase the BioDefense Budget 2)   The Anthrax was sent with prior knowledge of 911, especially for logistic reasons 3)   There had been personal reasons to choose some victims: Tom Daschle (Democrat), Bob Stevens (Paper wrote about Jeb Bush daughter) etc.. 4)   At least 5 bio scientists, who died under strange circumstances have been maybe killed because of insider knowledge or because they found something out.
