USAMA BIN LADEN: In the name of Allah (God), the most beneficent, the most merciful. Praise be to Allah, Who is the creator of the whole universe and Who made the Earth as an abode for peace, for the whole humankind. Allah is the Sustainer, who sent Prophet Muhammad (saw) for our guidance. I am thankful to The Ummat Group of Publications, which gave me the opportunity to convey my viewpoint to the people, particularly the valiant and momin (true Muslim) people of Pakistan who refused to believe the lies of the demon (Pakistani military dictator General Pervez Musharraf).

I have already said that I am not involved in the 11 September attacks in the United States. As a Muslim, I try my best to avoid telling a lie. I had no knowledge of these attacks, nor do I consider the killing of innocent women, children and other humans as an appreciable act. Islam strictly forbids causing harm to innocent women, children and other people. Such a practice is forbidden even in the course of a battle. It is the United States, which is perpetrating every maltreatment on women, children and common people of other faiths, particularly the followers of Islam. All that is going on in Palestine for the last 11 months is sufficient to call the wrath of God upon the United States and Israel. There is also a warning for those Muslim countries, which witnessed all these as a silent spectator. What had earlier been done to the innocent people of Iraq, Chechnya and Bosnia?

Only one conclusion could be derived from the indifference of the United States and the West to these acts of terror and the patronage of the tyrants by these powers that America is an anti Islamic power and it is patronizing the anti-Islamic forces. Its friendship with the Muslim countries is just a show, rather deceit. By enticing or intimidating these countries, the United States is forcing them to play a role of its choice. Put a glance all around and you will see that the slaves of the United States are either rulers or enemies of Muslims..."

"..Whoever committed the act of 11 September are not the friends of the American people. I have already said that we are against the American system, not against its people, whereas in these attacks, the common American people have been killed. According to my information, the death toll is much higher than what the U.S. Government has stated. But the Bush Administration does not want the panic to spread. The United States should try to trace the perpetrators of these attacks within itself; the people who are a part of the U.S. system, but are dissenting against it. Or those who are working for some other system; persons who want to make the present century as a century of conflict between Islam and Christianity so that their own civilization, nation, country, or ideology could survive.

They can be anyone, from Russia to Israel and from India to Serbia. In the U.S. itself, there are dozens of well-organized and well-equipped groups, which are capable of causing a large-scale destruction. Then you cannot forget the American Jews, who are annoyed with President Bush ever since the elections in Florida and want to avenge him..."

"..Then there are intelligence agencies in the U.S., which require billions of dollars worth of funds from the Congress and the government every year. This [funding issue] was not a big problem till the existence of the former Soviet Union but after that the budget of these agencies has been in danger. They needed an enemy. So, they first started propaganda against Usama and Taleban and then this incident happened. You see, the Bush Administration approved a budget of 40 billion dollars. Where will this huge amount go? It will be provided to the same agencies, which need huge funds and want to exert their importance. Now they will spend the money for their expansion and for increasing their importance. I will give you an example. Drug smugglers from all over the world are in contact with the U.S. secret agencies. These agencies do not want to eradicate narcotics cultivation and trafficking because their importance will be diminished. The people in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Department are encouraging drug trade so that they could show performance and get millions of dollars worth of budget.

General Noriega was made a drug baron by the CIA and, in need, he was made a scapegoat. In the same way, whether it is President Bush or any other U.S. President, they cannot bring Israel to justice for its human rights abuses or to hold it accountable for such crimes. What is this? Is it not that there exists a government within the government in the United Sates? That secret government must be asked as to who carried out the attacks..."

"..Al-Qaida was set up to wage a jehad against infidelity, particularly to counter the onslaught of the infidel countries against the Islamic states. Jehad is the sixth undeclared pillar of Islam. [The first five being the basic holy words of Islam (There is only one God in the entire universe and Muhammad is the last Prophet of God), prayers, fast, pilgrimage to Mecca and giving alms (zakat).] Every anti-Islamic person is afraid of jehad. Al-Qaida wants to keep jehad alive and active and make it a part of the daily life of the Muslims. It wants to give it the status of worship. We are not against any Islamic country. We do not consider a war against an Islamic country as jehad. We are in favour of armed jehad only against those infidel governments, which are killing innocent Muslim men, women and children just because they are Muslims. Supporting the U.S. act is the need of some Muslim countries and the compulsion of others.."

USAMA BIN LADEN: I have already said that we are not hostile to the United States. We are against the [U.S. Government] system, which makes other nations slaves of the United States, or forces them to mortgage their political and economic freedom. This system is totally in control of the American-Jews, whose first priority is Israel, not the United States. It is clear that the American people are themselves the slaves of the Jews and are forced to live according to the principles and laws laid by them. So, the punishment should reach Israel. In fact, it is Israel, which is giving a blood bath to innocent Muslims and the U.S. is not uttering a single word.

Daily UMMAT: Why is harm not caused to the enemies of Islam through other means, apart from the armed struggle? For instance, urging the Muslims to boycott Western products, banks, shipping lines and TV channels.

USAMA BIN LADEN: The first thing is that Western products could only be boycotted when the Muslim fraternity is fully awakened and organized. Secondly, the Muslim companies should become self-sufficient in producing goods equal to the products of Western companies. Economic boycott of the West is not possible unless economic self-sufficiency is attained and substitute products are brought out. You see that wealth is scattered all across the Muslim World but not a single TV channel has been acquired which can preach Islamic injunctions according to modern requirements and attain an international influence. Muslim traders and philanthropists should make it a point that if the weapon of public opinion is to be used, it is to be kept in the hand. Today's world is of public opinion and the fates of nations are determined through its pressure. Once the tools for building public opinion are obtained, everything that you asked for can be done.

Daily UMMAT: The entire propaganda about your struggle has so far been made by the Western media. But no information is beingreceived from your sources about the network of Al-Qaida and its jehadi successes. Would you comment?

USAMA BIN LADEN: In fact, the Western media is left with nothing else. It has no other theme to survive for a long time. Then we have many other things to do. The struggle for jehad and the successes are for the sake of Allah and not to annoy His bondsmen. Our silence is our real propaganda. Rejections, explanations, or corrigendum only waste your time and through them, the enemy wants you to engage in things which are not of use to you. These things are pulling you away from your cause. The Western media is unleashing such a baseless propaganda, which makes us surprise but it reflects on what is in their hearts and gradually they themselves become captive of this propaganda. They become afraid of it and begin to cause harm to themselves. Terror is the most dreaded weapon in modern age and the Western media is mercilessly using it against its own people. It can add fear and helplessness in the psyche of the people of Europe and the United States. It means that what the enemies of the United States cannot do, its media is doing that. You can understand as to what will be the performance of the nation in a war, which suffers from fear and helplessness.

Daily UMMAT: What will be the impact of the freeze of Al-Qaida accounts by the U.S.?

USAMA BIN LADEN: God opens up ways for those who work for Him. Freezing of accounts will not make any difference for Al-Qaida or other jehad groups. With the grace of Allah, Al-Qaida has more than three alternative financial systems, which are all separate and totally independent from each other. This system is operating under the patronage of those who love jehad. What to say of the United States, even the combined world cannot budge these people from their path. These people are not in hundreds but in thousands and millions. Al-Qaida comprises of such modern educated youths who are aware of the cracks inside the Western financial system as they are aware of the lines in their hands. These are the very flaws of the Western fiscal system, which are becoming a noose for it and this system could not recuperate in spite of the passage of so many days.

Daily UMMAT: Are there other safe areas other than Afghanistan, where you can continue jehad?

USAMA BIN LADEN: There are areas in all parts of the world where strong jehadi forces are present, from Indonesia to Algeria, from Kabul to Chechnya, from Bosnia to Sudan, and from Burma to Kashmir. Then it is not the problem of my person. I am a helpless fellowman of God, constantly in the fear of my accountability before God. It is not the question of Usama but of Islam and, in Islam too, of jehad. Thanks to God, those waging a jehad can walk today with their heads raised. Jehad was still present when there was no Usama and it will remain as such even when Usama is no longer there. Allah opens up ways and creates loves in the hearts of people for those who walk on the path of Allah with their lives, property and children. Believe it, through jehad, a man gets everything he desires. And the biggest desire of a Muslim is the life after death. Martyrdom is the shortest way of attaining an eternal life.

Daily UMMAT: What do you say about the Pakistan Government policy on Afghanistan attack?

USAMA BIN LADEN: We are thankful to the Momin and valiant people of Pakistan who erected a blockade in front of the evil forces and stood in the first file of battle. Pakistan is a great hope for the Islamic brotherhood. Its people are awakened, organized and rich in the spirit of faith. They backed Afghanistan in its war against the Soviet Union and extended every help to the mojahedeen (freedom fighters) and the Afghan people. Then these are very Pakistanis who are standing shoulder by shoulder with the Taleban. If such people emerge in just two countries, the domination of the West will diminish in a matter of days. Our hearts beat with Pakistan and, God forbid, if a difficult time comes we will protect it with our blood. Pakistan is sacred for us like a place of worship. We are the people of jehad and fighting for the defense of Pakistan is the best of all jehads to us. It does not matter for us as to who reforms Pakistan. The important thing is that the spirit of jehad is alive and stronger in the hearts of the Pakistani people.

"Waco Holocaust" wonders, why Bin Laden left out the chance at Al-Jazeera to speak bad about Israel and describe this as a 180-degree turn from his original "slang".

They also wonder, why the FBI is unable to tell the original date of the picture of Bin Laden on the Most Wanted Page.
They speculate, if this picture might be replaced soon.
The article doesn't critise the american nation, but analyse the strange circumstances of the behavior of the US-government.

"...The makers of the Taliban Home Video rely upon our having a short memory. They hope we won't remember an authentic CNN interview with Osama Bin Laden, conducted by Peter Arnett and shown in March, 1997. In that interview, bin Laden makes his views clear. In the 2001 Taliban Home Video, bin Fake-it turns Bin Laden's views around 180 degrees. Coincidentally, the 180 degree turns just happen to serve US 2001 propaganda purposes.

The 1997 interview is now most newsworthy. Too bad CNN has not re-released it, but keeping the public fully informed would not serve the master's purpose. I have a copy of that 1997 CNN interview. It was sent to me in 1998 and I distributed it with my commentary: "Bin Laden: A Patriot in His Own Land." Both are attached below for your reading convenience.

I would like to compare what Osama bin Laden said in 1997 with what Osama bin Fake-it says in 2001. As I do this, you'll probably want to refer to the transcript of bin Fake-it's remarks as shown on US TV on October 7. I used the translation I found on the Houston Chronicle webpage.

Reporter: "Mr. bin Laden, you've declared a jihad against the United States. Can you tell us why? And is the jihad directed against the US government or the United States' troops in Arabia? What about US civilians in Arabia or the people of the United States?"

Osama bin Laden: " . . . we have focused our declaration on striking at the soldiers in the country of The Two Holy Places [Mecca and Medina] ... "

Speaking of the bombings of US troops in Riyadh and Al-Khobar (Dhahran), bin Laden patiently explained their purpose was to get US occupation troops out of Arabia. He had high praise for those who did the job.

Fair enough. In America, we also give high praise to our soldiers when they perform heroically.

Elsewhere in the interview, Arnett asks bin Laden if the jihad will stop when US troops leave Arabia. Bin Laden replies he wants US troops out of *all* Muslim lands.

Let's consider the facts. US troops in Muslim lands have two purposes: to suppress Arabs for Israel and to guarantee cheap oil for the US. That is, US troop presence in Muslim lands is a violation of our own Constitution, which says the armed forces are to be used for the common defense of the Republic.

Our forces in the Muslim lands are occupation armies. Occupation armies don't leave when politely asked. George Washington found that out, so he had to kill lots of British soldiers and officers to drive them out. Bin Laden sees his job as the same. Surely occupation armies must be willing to take what they are willing to dish out. Nothing Mr. Bin Laden says here is unusual or unreasonable.

Bin Fake-it makes no mention of military targets. Given bin Laden's 1997 goals, Bin Fake-it seems oblivious to the outrageous flaw in Operation 911: no military damage to the enemy. How very odd.

In response to a question from Arnett, bin Laden says: "As for what you asked whether jihad is directed against US soldiers, the civilians in the land of the Two Holy Places (Mecca and Medina) or against civilians in America, we have focused our declaration on striking at the soldiers in the country of the Two Holy Places.

"The country of the Two Holy Places has in our religion a peculiarity of its own over the other Muslim countries. In our religion, it is not permissible for any non-Muslim to stay in our country. Therefore, even though American civilians are not targeted in our plan, they must leave ..."

That's clear. Bin Laden is not targeting American civilians. He just wants them to leave his country.

Speaking of the demolition of the World Trade Center, Bin Fake-it says: "God has blessed a group of vanguard Muslims ... to destroy America."

So now bin Fake-it is rejoicing that US civilians were killed, despite the fact that killing civilians was not bin Laden's goal. Bin Fake-it fails to mention that these US civilians were killed on US soil, even though Bin Laden's 1997 goal was simply to get them to leave the Muslim countries. What a stunning switch of strategy.

Arnett asks if bin Laden will quit the jihad if US troops leave Saudi Arabia. Bin Laden replies US troops must leave Arabia and the rest of the Muslim world. "... we have declared jihad against the US, because in our religion it is our duty to make jihad so that God's word is the one exalted to the heights and so that we drive the Americans away from all Muslim countries."

So Bin Laden's goal was to get US military forces out of Muslim lands. He does not say he wants to destroy America. He just wants us to go away, much like we wanted the British to go away in 1776.

* Bin Fake-it's goal: To DESTROY America, 2001 Taliban Home Video *

The obvious result of bin Fake-it's words "God has blessed a group of vanguard Muslims ... to destroy America" will be used to justify increased military presence in Muslim lands and provides the US with a perfect public relations justification to flood Afganistan with US bombs and troops.

Recall that in the war with the USSR, the Muslims did not pursue the Russians onto Russian soil. The Muslims were satisfied with driving them out of Afghanistan. But now bin Fake-it invites open war, a war he cannot possibly win. Strategically, praising Operation 911 was a disaster for an accomplished strategist and tactician.

Search the 1997 text yourself for his words on this matter. "Due to its subordination to the Jews ..." See his other references to the US and Israel.

* Bin Fake-it's statements on Jewish control of the United States, 2001 Taliban Home Video *

Bin Fake-it doesn't mention that the Jews control America. Surely bin Laden wouldn't miss this golden opportunity to go to the heart of the matter. After all, Operation 911 caused a big splash. We would have had the patience to listen. But the Taliban Home Video was just a minute or so long. Bin Fake-it was given just enough time to provide Tee Vee sound bytes that damaged Muslims' interests, but not enough time to expose those who wish to tear out Islam's heart. Very odd.

* Bottom Line *

Let's move on from those interviews and notice this: The US now says it is "in no hurry" to catch bin Laden.

"The Pentagon is in no hurry to try to catch or kill Osama bin Laden as it orchestrates a step-by-step bombing campaign over Afghanistan." ("Pentagon Will Not Rush Manhunt," Washington Times, October 9, 2001.)

But just a few weeks before the US DEMANDED that the Taliban hand bin Laden over or the US would take military action . . . . The refusal of the Taliban to hand bin Laden over without evidence or judicial procedure was the causa belli of the military strikes.

Recall that the US is accusing bin Laden of masterminding the slaughter of approximately 7,000 Americans, and has said that he is the brains and the money behind the Taliban. If those statements are true, capturing him should be the first priority. Indeed, by October 11, the FBI warns us that over the next several days, we should be aware of new terrorist attacks, which would of course be directed by the pesky bin Laden. The Senate and the House of Representatives pass a draconian bill, allowing

suspension of our rights, but, remember: "The Pentagon is in no hurry to try to catch or kill Osama bin Laden . . . "

On October 14, CNN.com reported President Bush again refused an offer by the Taliban to surrender bin Laden to a third country if the US would produce evidence of his complicity in Operation 911. ("Afganistan pounded in second week of airstrikes.")

No, capturing or otherwise placing Osama bin-Laden in custody would spoil the fun. It's better to have bin Fake-it on the loose, mouthing the words written by the NWO psyops team.

*Al-Jazeera*

The Taliban Home Video was first aired on the Qatar TV station al-Jazeera. Al-Jazeera was founded only five years ago, during what was probably the planning stages of this war. Al-Jazeera deserves attention, and its getting some. It was the subject of a breathlessly adoring article in the Washington Post's Style Section on October 9, 2001 ("Qatar TV Station A Clear Channel To Middle East." )

Al-Jazeera followed up its broadcast of bin Fake-it "with an interview with British Prime Minister Tony Blair. "What makes al-Jazeera's scoops all the more remarkable is that the 24-hour satellite news station is the creation of one of the world's smallest countries, Qatar, and broadcasts out of a region with little tradition of press freedom . . . "

"Just as CNN became compulsory viewing around the world during the 1991 Gulf War, so too is al Jazeera becoming an indispensable source of intelligence on events inside Afghanistan . . .

Yes, al-Jazeera is just as Jewish as Seinfeld. Expect more bin Fake-it news and bin Fake-it photos from al-Jazeera.

So, how do you vote? Was the Taliban Home Video a morphing job, or was an Osama bin Laden impersonator used?

The FBI votes for the impersonator. How do I know? Look at the FBI's Most Wanted page and see the image of bin Laden they are using.

Note that the FBI says of its photo: "Date of Photograph unknown." Why not use a current image, the one in the Taliban Home Video, if you believe that image is true?

Come to think of it, why can't the FBI offer a date for its photo of Public Enemy Number One? The world's foremost investigative agency should know the source of its own material and find out when the photo was taken. Is that too difficult?

But don't expect reason or truth. Remember who you are dealing with. Israel's puppet state -- let's agree to call it USrael --is one of the most deceitful and ruthless nations on Earth, and the FBI is one of its fix-it arms. You only need to remember the Waco Holocaust to know that. So of course the case against Osama bin Laden, together with the hokie Taliban Home Video, STINKS.

Are there bin Laden Doubles?

Kill one bin Laden and a hundred will stand up to take his place — that's been the boilerplate slogan among the Saudi terror mogul's worldwide supporters these past six weeks. But if the latest boast from al-Qaeda is anything to go by, they may mean it in more than just the I-am-Spartacus sense. The London-based Arab newspaper Al Hayat last Saturday quoted an al-Qaeda spokesman claiming that bin Laden has recruited at least ten lookalikes over the years, preparing them to play decoy in the same way that Saddam Hussein has reputedly done over the years.

"Even if the American attacks against Afghanistan succeeded in finishing the Taliban movement, they would not succeed in arresting bin Laden," one 'Abdul Noor' told Al Hayat on behalf of the terror network. "Not merely because that is difficult, but because bin Laden has 10 lookalikes. Two of them are north Africans and they all are in Afghanistan." The only physical differences between them, the al-Qaeda man reportedly warned, were birthmarks on their backs..."

Bin Laden once denied that he had something to do with it, later never mentioned it again in two other videos, shown at Al-Jazeera, but later an english reporter asked him again about the attack, where he once again confirmed.

But i would agree with the first statements of FBI and CIA.
It looks almost impossible to plan such an attack alone without any help of a state or secret service.
While everyone is only concentrating, that this might be Iraque it looks odd, that neither Iraque or USA react more.
Bin Laden on the other way looks smart. He didn't confirm the attack in the first two videos, but gave an interview to this paper Umann, where he said, that it wasn't him.
So why should we believe in a time of war anyone?

Why the United States still try to proove, that it was Bin Laden alone? While we know, that his satelite phone didn't work anymore, the final instructions obviously came from somewhere else

Who was that?

The media used once faked evidence in this house in Kabul.
So why we have to believe everything what they say?
They have been wrong so often with the location of Bin Laden and now they had been able to find one of his videos?
How we can decide, what is fake and not?
The interviews with Umman or the british journalist (which i never saw)?

We have the right to see this new video-and in full length!

I also don't get the point that this video should be without "hidden messages", but the others have to.

Why they boycotted any promotion about Bin Laden, but now all for a sudden new interviews with one of his wifes and his mother appear in the media again?

Is it maybe the only reason, that we get "new evidence", that the CIA took a look into the internet and found a lot of evidence against some of their own members?

(Boycotted early warnings-including one by the MOSSAT, insider trading,negotiations with Pakistan Secret Service, early appearance of the FEMA on 910, no blackbox or conversation tape of any air controller yet for the public,
passenger list without any terrorist name etc..)

Are they worried about rising doubt it might be somewhere else besides Bin Laden (who has to be found!!)

What do they have to hide?
If they want to give us new evidence, then this should include an investigation of everything -AND this video, which should be watched very carefully!!
