"Wolfowitz Cabal" behind 911 and Anthrax?

A lot of conspiracy theorists thought a long time about who actually set up the attack on america or at least sabotaged early warnings and had prior knowledge enough to avoid a catastrophe.

It looks now, that the anthrax attacks was connected to 911 as well-with prior knowledge!

It was produced at Fort Detrick, then later pulverised, dried and sent from one of 20 connected institutes with help of someone located in Trenton. The FBI didn't update their investigation reports since December, exactly at the same time Barbara Rosenberg of the Federation of American Scientists released this list. http://fas.org/bwc/news/anthraxpaper.htm

It seems that the Pentagon wants to start a war in Iraq to sabotage the release of this list and try to blame the anthrax attack once again on Iraq (maybe with fake documents), which was anyway technically and scientific impossible.

Later in December 2001 this possibility was finally ruled out, but in the same month BioDefense Companies received already their new budget. Plan B was finished and no need for new threats anymore.

But who is really behind the latest decisions to bomb Iraque? Who else wrote George Bush speech about the axis of evil?

One have speculated about their names. They are all friends within the Wolfowitz Cabal and it's still speculative, but it could be exactly the same group who planned the attack or sabotaged the shutdown of all planes on September 11th.

This is the list of that Wolfowitz Cabal: The main heads are Richard Perle, Richard Armitage, Paul Wolfowitz, Robert Zoellick and Stephen Halliday, all of whom served in senior national security posts in the Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations.
